The Fox and Grapes Description
Following on from the successful relocation of the much loved Hibiscus Restaurant from Shropshire to London in 2007 we have chosen to expand and reopening the Fox and Grapes Pub, just off Wimbledon Common.
Best known for his two Michelin star cooking at Hibiscus, which was nominated one of the world’s top 50 best restaurants, Claude Bosi showcases simple British dishes at the Fox & Grapes. Shadowing Claude’s support for small farmers and producers, the Chefs at the Fox and Grapes continue to use the eclectic and varied list of independent butchers, fishmongers, fruit and vegetable growers that
Whilst Claude still continues to spend the majority of his time at Hibiscus, the Fox and Grapes is in safe and knowledgeable hands with his brother, Cedric.
Heading up the kitchen is Hibiscus’ former sous chef, Patrick Leano, previously with Eric Chavot at The Capital in Knightsbridge.

“Lovely traditional pub that feels like a proper pub! Good beer on tap - Harveys, but.... it's such a shame there's no beer garden! Have to put up with standing on the street...”

“It felt like being back in the Scottish Highlands; it looks and feels like a country-side pub; great atmosphere. Nice friendly staff. I have not eaten here so I can't really comment on this. Lovely pub, shame it is a bit far away from my flat.”
