Byron has become a byword for good quality burgers all across the country, thanks to its winning combination of top notch Scottish beef minced fresh daily, and a policy of always cooking to a pink and juicy medium (although they will happily cook it differently if you ask). Choose from one of their pre-designed options or build your own just the way you like it with 17 toppings, cheeses and sauces to choose from, and a short but sweet selection of side dishes that includes their superlative courgette fries, which are not to be missed.
