La Barca Description
La Barca restaurant at Lower Marsh, has been a fixture of Waterloo for nearly 30 years and has some of the best Italian cuisine and hospitality around Waterloo.
It is reassuringly traditional, almost old-fashioned restaurant. The lighting is soft, the walls adorned with wine bottles and extensive gallery of rich and famous who have and continue to dine there.
La Barca is located very close to Old Vic theatre, National theatre, Royal festival Hall and Yong Vic. The place is always full of run away actors and theatre fans seeking for a nice relaxing meal. La Barca is two steps away from Waterloo
La Barca is one of a very few restaurants, where you still can have steak Diane and Crepe Suzette flamed at your table and that's what they do the best.
Eugenio Davoli is the owner and has been your welcoming host for almost 20 years. He'll make your stay at La Barca the most pleasant and comfortable and the chef Nicola will treat you with finest Italian cooking, so you'd always want to come back.
