Bocca Restaurant Description
Opened in May 2008, Bocca Restaurant is now established as the only authentic Italian restaurant in the area and offers an eating experience that compares favourably to the West End without the price attached.
Using fresh ingredients, Chef Owner Valerio Daros brings traditional Italian cuisine to Streatham. He has captured the simplicity and goodness of Italian flavour in his traditional menu, which includes homemade pasta, daily baked bread and homemade desserts. A range of traditional pizzas is also an integral feature of the menu. Mouth-watering combinations of flavours like Pizza Bocca
Co-owner Sergio Noci and his team will ensure a friendly and warm welcome. A private room is available for functions and special occasions, and a take-away service is also available to those lucky enough to live near Bocca.

“My hubby and I decided to 'wing it' this year and have our Valentine's meal without booking a reservation anywhere. Clapham's eateries were all full to the brim so we headed south to Streatham. The only place with any empty tables was Bocca.....and now we know why! No-one greeted us at the door, the chap who attended to us reeked of tobacco and insisted on giving us a window table that hadn't been cleaned. At that point we just wanted to stop somewhere and eat, but the 'Home Made' Liver Pate (obviously out of a tin), rubbery black tagliotini and runny tiramisu made this probably my worst ever Valentine's. My hubby is too much of a gent to make his feelings known so I am doing it for him! Needless to say, there will be no more winging it in the future David!”

“Just moved in the Streatham area and decided to try out the local fare. Went with my girlfriend last weekend and ordered the Chicken Escalope main....but NOT with a side serving of dark hairs, which were apparently complimentary!!! The salad dressing was watery and awful, and to top that off, my girlfriend's chicken was undercooked. The service wasn't particularly great at fixing this either. Won't be back!”
