This Peruvian restaurant in the heart of Soho in central London is lead by chefs who have travelled all over Peru for authentic, tradition Peruvian recipes that include Coastal Peruvian cuisine, Afro-Peruvian cuisine, Andean Peruvian cuisine, Amazonian Peruvian cuisine, Nikkei (Japanese-Peruvian) cuisine, and Chifa (Chinese-Peruvian) cuisine. Expect hot chilli, expect zesty lime, expect super salads including the wonder food quinoa, expect punchy marinades, expect expect meat, fish and vegetables. This colourful restaurant has a retro 60s musical backdrop as well as the very first Pisco Bar in Europe. No other spirits are served and the Pisco is infused with some of the most exciting ingredients from Peru.
