“I decided on Caffe Concerto to celebrate my friend starting a new job. I went to the bar and caught the Waiter's eye. For some reason he decided he would do anything rather than serve me, including serving someone who had just arrived and chatting with a couple. Eventually, he asked for my order - 2 glasses of prosecco. He poured the first glass well but not the second, which resulted in more foam than liquid. On seeing this he proceeded to blow into the glass to get rid of the bubbles and then offered it to me. He appeared indignant when I pointed out that there was no way I would drink that as he'd just blown into it.
Needless to say there will be no return visit from me.”

“I came to this cafe with my family yesterday to eat. I had to go up to the staff to ask if I could sit down because no one attented to us after waiting for 5 minutes. Then when my food came, most of it was cold. U asked for a napkin but noone came back to give me one. When I complained about it being cold, the staff there simply put it in her mouth and started to disagree with me. I got no apology and waited to get another plate of food but no one came back. We asked for the bill, only to find that they had added a 12% service charge for doing absolutely nothing. I refused to pay a service charge and walked off. The staff there were not attentive, not professional and lacked basic manners. Will NEVER go there again!!! Disappointed!”
