The Coburg Bar Description
Parisian based designer, India Mahdavi, has created a destination for genuine bar aficionados. Using her unique and eclectic creativity, she has created a public space that encompasses a warm, chic, relaxed and intimate vibe, while maintaining the essence of its original appeal. The modern decorative touches, such as lacquering the fire surround in black and painting the wood panelling in a trendy taupe, have added renewed allure to existing antique pieces. Artwork is simple and outstanding, with four black and white cameos by Julian Opie sitting on the panelling either side of the fireplace.

“Very high class, with a twist of fun. Everyone made you feel like a somebody with no snobby overtones it has to be said. Food quite nice, but prices extortionate, still its worth it to give my great great granny a treat!”
