Here it’s all about the vintage champagne, of which they have a truly impressive selection both by the glass and the bottle and there’s an extensive bar menu heavy on shellfish to accompany it.

“In my eyes Claridges is the only hotel in London because of its prestige and tradition. admitedly it is quite pricy but at the end of the day you pay for what you get and you are paying for the service and the name, just like everything else. Claridges is a must do for everyone and it is worth every penny. The other reviews on this page of people putting claridges down are only jelous of what they can't afford to do often.”
