“Not only is this one of the best hidden gem pubs in the whole of London it must also be one of the best beer gardens in London. Fantastic beer garden, loads of room, varying seating arrangements, great food, and an excellent array of beers. I'm happy!”

“Possibly the worst service I have ever received, food took almost three hours to arrive after they managed to run out of both my original and subsequent order. Good for a pint but not much else.”

“the crabtree recently became my local, and after my first visit i was impressed, all the bar staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable, one called Kristian was particularly excelent at his job. the food is enjoyable and the portions are huge. the beer is of a good standard and even on busy days i never have to wait longer than five minutes for it. the beer garden is massive and on hot summer day i enjoy being out in it. especially when Kristian is then with his outstanding sevice and wonderful charater.”

“I have lived down the road for a while and have seen this bar get worse and worse. It is run by a group of spotted faced little kids who would ruther sit out side and have a smoke with there loud mouth Aussie mates! This bar is so nice and does have the upper hand by being the only local bar but talking to other people the Crabtree is running out of time. The high light of my visits so far has been the boy out the back cooking, we waited 1 hour for food so I went in to ask were my food was! it had just been sitting there and had gone cold. I had a word to this guy and as he walked of in a low voice I heard him say "F*ck Off". My advice is don't go and the owner might come to his senses or if you have to go don't order food........”

“I live on the same road as this pub. Over the last 14 years I haveseen it change hands a number of times. I always looked forward to the day when i could walk in and buy a good pint and order some good simple food. I am still waiting. Sadly this is the only pub on the Tahmes between Hammersmith and Putney bridge and has a captive audiance. The beer is so so and the couple of times I have ordered food the duck (the first time) and the sausages in the sausage and mash had been waiting around in the kitchen they could have claimed a pension. Don't go there unless you want to get so plasteed you wont notice how average this place is.”

“Pleasent medium sized pub by the Thames. Lots of outdoor seating, and nice food. Only disadvantage is football supporters swamp it when a game is one locally (which fortunately is not frequently).”

Hated

"Dreadful pub, run by people who have zero idea about hospitality or running a pub. Upon arrival we sat in the back garden that only had one other table occupied , when we tried to order off the lunch menu..." Which venue is this?
