Up the Creek Description
Up the Creek is featured in these Guides:
Up the Creek is one of the longest established comedy clubs in London and is recognised as one of the top clubs in the UK. Situated in the heart of historic Maritime Greenwich, our venue is a south-east London landmark!
Jimmy Carr, Al Murray, Harry Hill and Jo Brand are just a few of the dozens of household names who started their stand-up careers at Up the Creek and it is often described as the club comedians most like to perform at.
Up the Creek was originally opened by the late Malcolm Hardee. Who unfortunately drowned while rowing from his floating PUB on the Thames.
Malcolm is best
Up the Creek's popularity is due to word-of-mouth leading to sell out shows most weekends.
