Greyhound Cafe Description
Thailand’s much-loved Greyhound has brought its flagship restaurant, Greyhound Café to Fitzrovia. Decorated in Greyhound’s signature monochrome design complemented by an eclectic Thai-meets-West interior, the restaurant’s menu will pay homage to Thai cooking, with the greatest hits of Bangkok dishes served with Greyhound’s signature twists. Diners can choose between small, large and Thai-style ‘Single Plate’ dishes such as ‘Complicated Noodle’, DIY iceberg lettuce wraps and rice noodle sheets with soy-braised pork and herb salsa, ‘Angry Pasta’, wok-fried with mixed seafood, holy basil and a generous dose of Thai chillies, as well as vegetarian Pad Thai prepared with shitake mushroom stems.
