Kubo is featured in these Guides:
Following their big success as a London pop-up in places like Portobello and Paddington, Kubo have set up a more permanent residence in Boxpark Croydon and introduce the eclectic cuisine of the Philippines to south London. Sample classic dishes such as the adobo (the national dish of the Philippines) which is essentially meat or vegetables marinated in a soy, garlics and vinegar sauce and served with rice. Many of the dishes served have been passed down through the generations and represent Filipino cooking at its best.
