Counter Culture (Restaurant)

Dubbed The Dairy’s Evil Little Brother, Counter Culture offers an intimate dining experience couple with great tunes and a concise menu based around the team’s obsessive approach to produce and food culture. With only 15 seats, six of which at the pass, the aim is to capture the hustle and bustle of a San Sebastián pintxos bar paired with our inimitable cooking style. Counter Culture goes back to basics harnessing techniques gathered over the last three years with sister venues The Manor and Paradise Garage. Expect pickling, fermenting, ageing, curing and bottling through the seasons together with the open invitation to diners to share recipes from their own cultures to add to the ever-growing larder. Plus its BYOB!
