“Unprofessional, disrespectful and crude are a few of the words I would use to describe the service of Revolution Bar in Tower Hill. I chose to celebrate my 21st birthday at this venue and when I had got into contact with the promoter not only did he resemble a gold fish (no offence to gold fish) but his human morals were none existent. After he had claimed he had done his job for 7 year, he made me feel so unwelcome and rushed I no longer wanted to hold my party at this bar. After a few days I chose to go forth very stupidly to host my 21st birthday party here. Once we had got to the club the entrance was very intimidating with the rude bouncers and I simply had told them I had a birthday package - only to be refused entry at the door for a pre-paid booth woth £500 for my guests and I. We tried to get into contact with the promoter - he was too busy inside enjoying himself. Therefore we moved to another club and the following day I contacted the promoter for a refund as we didn't go in and I again received the worse service. No refund, therefore I wouldn't recommend. You'd probably get more respect and better service from any other bar on this planet. Also the atmosphere of this bar seems to be for one ethic race only. Such an a shame this bar could have earnt alot of money that evening, and I do suggest new ENTHUSIASTIC, POLITE, WELCOMING staff that are willing to do their jobs properly. I wouldn't want for anyone not even my worse enemy to go through what i went through, therefore PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!”
