Behind the façade of a grand old bank in refined Belgravia is Kouzu, a bar and restaurant that blends the aesthetic and sensual simplicity of Japan with a shaved-truffle decadence to please the scores of beautiful, well-heeled people that flock. If you choose to order a Momo Awa cocktail expect a deconstructed Bellini with a peach bitters foam impressively pumped on top of sweet Processco, but served in a cut glass champagne flute. While the interior is understated the food is a sculptural big bang where premium ingredients like yellow tail tuna are matched with an impressive visual flair.
