New Year's Eve at Frenchie will go off with a bang, welcoming 2020 with a 7-course tasting menu - with a vegetarian alternative - created by Greg and team, inspired by the season's most exciting produce. The evening will begin with champagne and nibbles, followed by a selection of dishes including Rhug Estate venison loin "wellington" with Jerusalem artichoke, gourmand pear and pickled walnut, and salsify tagliatelle with Keen's cheddar & vin jaune sauce, smoked egg yolk and black truffle. "Early birds" looking to book in between 5.30 and 6pm can dine for just £140pp rather than £160pp for the later booking, they will also receive a special New Year's Eve treat from Frenchie to take home.

The Petersham's NYE affair is all about indulgence, with a spectacular 4-course menu and a perfectly paired wine flight for an extra £65. Commencing the evening with an array of sharing style appetisers and starters like Portland crab, winter tomato bruschetta; Scottish langoustines and Burrata, roasted delica pumpkin, grumalo rosso washed down with a glass of sparkling and then white wine. Artichoke risotto is followed by mains including Roast loin of venison, scorzanera and Fillet of turbot, polenta, brussel sprouts, saffron mussels matched with a Chianti Classico. Finish with the Petersham Amalfi lemon tart, crème fraiche or Original Beans chocolate, Zisola olive oil ice cream.
