Entering into the world of molecular cocktail mixing, this theatrical cocktail experience bases itself on the classic British dessert of Eton Mess and comes with a tiny hammer used to release the vodka trapped in the ice sphere before mixing the vodka, cream and strawberry liqueur with fresh strawberries and meringue. We love it! Oh yes, and all the court action can be enjoyed in the beautifully luxurious setting of The Terrace Bar.

Open from 12pm, the bars will offer a full service whilst Head Chef of aqua nueva will be dishing up his Wimbledon dessert of strawberry macaroons, white chocolate ganache and pistachio crumble.
