The Petersham restaurant's festive afternoon tea menu is set amongst festive floristry at the heart of the twinkling Floral Court. The savoury selection includes a Baron Bigod croquette drizzled with cranberry sauce and a milk bun filled with squash, blue cheese and walnut. The homemade sweet treats have also been given a festive transformation, including a Christmas pudding chocolate choux bun filled with brandy custard and a gingerbread macaron with a gingerbread milk chocolate ganache centre. This Christmas, The Goring in Belgravia are offering a spectacular Festive Rosé Bollinger Afternoon Tea, served in the hotel's Michelin-starred restaurant, The Dining Room. Throughout December, the team will be serving up a selection of seasonally inspired finger sandwiches alongside traditional scones and a stunning selection of festive fancies. These will include a Coconut roche with white chocolate and lime and, inspired by the classic yule log, a Chestnut cheesecake with mulled wine jelly and ginger shortbread. Guests will also be treated to the Snowman dome comprising a bergamot curd tart topped with meringue, a striking Red velvet cake with mascarpone cream, and of course a mince pie.
