“A Terrible most horrible experience! Food quality was awful, the food tasted like it had been cooked the day before. Everything was soggy and all tasted the same. Even the coke we ordered was flat. We left the entire plate full of food. We went to pay and the lady in the till was very rude, almost threw the bill at us. I saw that she added a 10% service charge which I asked to please take it off the bill as it's discretion and since I wasn't happy with the food and the service I didn't want to pay for it. She started to yell at me in Chinese like a crazy person and the whole restaurant was looking, it was so embarrassing. Not only was the food horrible but the service was rude and aggressive, I have never experienced something so humiliating in a restaurant setting. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this place. ”

“This place has a food hygiene rating of 1 out of 5 "Major Improvement Necessary". Check the food standards agency website. It also has rude staff and weird dishwater coffee. Never again.”

“TripAdvisor Yelp View London I was in the bathroom, quietly washing my hands and face, and taking a few sips of water when one of their employees grabbed me by the scruff of my collar, ruthlessly dragged me out of the bathroom and threw me down 2 flights of stairs. I didn't attempt to resist the force of this attack because I wanted witnesses / other customers to see how this employee was treating me, and I knew that if I reacted, it would go against my case. This employee therefore concluded that I couldn’t stand up and that I was drunk when in fact my body just shut down out of complete shock. When I enquired both of the gentlemen bouncers outside the front entrance for his name, both of them refused to help me, one of them mockingly calling me "James Bond". I pleaded with them several times to speak with the manager, and was assured that the manager would be present as soon as possible. When the manager did not arrive, I walked back inside in an attempt to find an alternative member of staff. I was dragged off the stairs and thrust to the floor. Again, I didn't resist the attack too afraid to react in case they would hurt me. The manager did come out yet I was not made aware that he was the manager. It happened quickly, without warning, and I was in shock, not wanting to react because I knew that would make the situation worse. To them, I had appeared visibly weak and for that reason I was stigmatised and targeted. When I reported this to the club via email and phone, the marketing manager was understandably very helpful, assured me that it's not the way that the night club expect their customers to be treated and followed up the case. However, the general manager was unsympathetic and not only misrepresented the details but put their company interests above the customer's, and was therefore unable to resolve my complaint. The experience I had at the hands of their staff was nothing less than physical assault, bullying and criminalisation, an attack completely devoid of warning or justification. If you wish to pay money to enter a hostile, night club environment, complete with aggressive and cavalier staff who make you feel uncomfortable and treat you like a criminal, who repay you through violent attacks and verbal rudeness, and who deny you the right to seek on-the-night justification from the management, then this is the place for you.”

“I just went there this week (may 2015), and can confirm this is an OK place. £15 to get in, £5 per drink, £20 per private dance. You can watch the basic strip shows for free. Some of the girls were a little pestering to get a private dance, but not over the top. I was a bit worried about going to a strip club as I've heard bad things about them forcing you to buy expensive drinks etc, but this place was very chilled. I had a good time there, the women were nice, and although I did spend a decent amount, that was my choice because i got a lot of private dances. When I left I felt like I had good value for money.”

“The staff are intolerant of anyone who’s first language is not English. The dictator manager has the sense of humour of a corps and should have retired many years ago. There was no need to look for signage to find the toilet as the pungent odour from fermenting old urine clearly indicated the way. The bar staff were obnoxious and not worth trying to engage in any form of conversation. It’s a perfect retreat for larger louts. ”

“'twas crusty. That was, however, to be expected. the overall crustiness was a solid 11 out of 10 on the crustiness scale. A very splendid, if somewhat crusty, evening and all in all it was a jolly old bucket full of crust.”

“This place has the finest Guinness this side of the Irish Sea, Table service offered and at under £3.50 a pint it is great value. Fresh rolls made by a local chap at £1.50 a pop, dont worry he will remind you they are available. Sport, Live Music and Great Service 10 out of ten from me!”

“I enjoyed it so much that I went back with twenty one others for a 60th birthday and now going back for a 50th in a few weeks. Superb food and the beer was surprisingly good considering it is London and even with the London prices we thought it was value for money. My son also liked the fact that you prepared him a white Russian without fuss even though it was not on the menu.”

“The worst cheese and chutney sarnie ever one slice of white bread was stale. I actually ordered fish finger sarnie on brown was never told it wasn't available. The order was changed without my consent. The chef looked as though he had never heard of the word hygiene. AWFUL !”

“Was told by a promoter that me and my friends would get free entry and a table with drinks all night. We were a bit dubious as we had read some reviews online (all of which were very bad) about how the cow at the door doesn't let people in based on their race and weight. However we were reassured by the promoter that things would be fine. We turn up at 9:45 like we were told and there was already a queue of women who were also there by the request of other promoters. We met the promoter and he said he was happy with how we were dressed and that it was going to be a good night (we were dressed tastefully in knee length cocktail dresses and heels). We got near to the front of the queue and the front of house said something to the group of girls in front of us and they were ushered out of the line. Then my friends and I got to the front of the queue and the cow with the clipboard looks us up and down and says "i'm not going to be able to fit you all in tonight" (baring in mind only two people had actually gone in the club so far and we were on guest list) with that the bouncer undoes the velvet rope to get us out of the queue. According to the 'shocked' promoter I was allowed in but the woman at the door didn't like how my friend looked. However, the skanky 18 yr old eastern european girls in mini skirts and bad extensions were allowed straight in because they were super skinny and slutty looking. This place really is just designed for men who are living off mummy and daddy's money - So that they can go and splash their parents cash on champagne and be surrounded by skinny, slutty girls who would probably suck d*ck for a sip of grey goose. Don't bother with this club, no matter what a promoter tells you. There are so many other amazing clubs in London that aren't full of skanky young girls and toffs. We ended up going to Casa Negra in Shoreditch and had a great night surrounded by a friendly and fun crowd. ”

“I enjoy the bar and the music. When I arrived(around 20:30) the music was in a good level of volume where we could have a conversation, but then the music started to be so loud and we want to stay, but was difficult to chat. A bit down volume would be good. And the bar stuff is friendly but not professional to make cocktails and drinks.”
