Whilst staying at the hotel we decided to go in for a drink on Friday the 4th of December. The atmosphere was great and the drinks were flowing. There was a band playing and they were awesome, I'm getting... More Atmosphere: Value: Quality:

“While restaurant hunting, we came across this gem of a Vietnamese cuisine. A cozy place to be with some good food. Could not get enough of it. It was my last supper with my colleagues before I departed for vacations. We tried out couple of dishes form the menu and they were all amazing. One thing that caught my attention was the shaking beef. it was really shaking, a must try. Summer rolls and spring rolls was really yummy too. And no Vietnamese meal is complete without the Saigon beer. Pretty cheap for the location they are in and great service. Def Recommend”

“I had my work Christmas party here in December and checked my large bag into the cloakroom, they lost it, blamed me for it saying i had taken it out. The cloakroom attendant was rude, the management said they'd call me the next day and didn't even though my bag contents totalled up to £700 and we'd spent a fortune as a company hiring the Crimson Rooms. Cut a very long story short they gave my bag to a girl by mistake, luckily she found my ID and contacted me through Facebook and even went to the trouble of returning my bag to the club. Upon collection the £80 was missing along with a few other items. There is no doubt in my mind it was the club and not the honest girl who put herself out to bring me back my bag. No apology came from the club when I collected the bag, still insisting it was my fault and when told about the girl returning it all the management had to say was 'oh is it'. An absolute disgrace considering we trusted this business as a company and they didn't give a damn what had happened. Urge people not to put their trust in this pathetic club. You will loose out if you do!! Forgot to add, at beginning of the night cloakroom attendant tried to charge me £2 per item (coat and bag) and management told me he's not even supposed to charge for bags so clearly on the take!!!”

“What a fabulous night at the M.of G. yet again! This is the third year in a row that my wife and I have come for New Year celebrations. Lovely, wonderful staff. Really tight ship. No messiness, no nonsense, just everyone having a one-hundred-per-cent fun time. Then, finally, just to top it all, we merely have to step out onto the pavement at midnight to have a perfect view of the fireworks, followed by a five-minute walk home. Is it any wonder that we keep coming back! Thanks for a fabulous night----yet again”

“The staff were rude with seating arrangements, I noticed they gave table service to other tables except mine. The tables were to close together that I had to ask the people at the next table to move there chair whilst I got food the drinks were expensive I went to the toilet which was like going into the world of unknown down a cold cellar with no running water, dirty floors. In fact the whole experience was terrible. ”

“Kids Deal ended up with £1.30 of discount for a person. We'd been charged for everything - no deals for kids. A manager said that everything is correct despite a promise for bowling to be included. Were waiting for food 40 minutes. Food wasn't hot after all.”

“My party of seven girls came to your show on Saturday 5th dec with gold tickets which we were all excited about! The show in itself was good and entertaining and drag artist brilliant just what we wanted to see and expect what I didn't expect is : - 1. To be offered the private booth behind us for £50 if we paid the guy, showing us to our table, immediately, only to find out we could use it anyway as was part of our ticket price when offered by another member of staff! Was that £50 going in the first persons pocket!! 2. I went to the bar to order three drinks, double measure, vodka & lemonade, whisky & soda, rum & Coke. The barman filled out glasses full of ice and dribbled the whisky, vodka & rum in the glass I watched him, a trickle went in those glasses! He did not use a drinks measure for them and filled them with Coke and lemonade although I asked for soda in the whisky!! Even I know this is illegal in bars! When I questioned him I was verbally abused asking me if "I was for real". I said they were not double measures mate I watched what you did! Why would a barman do that!!! He trickled more spirits in out of protest in the drinks for a cost of £30 very pricey, which is fine but not when your treated like that! He was so rude to me!! 3. Went to the bar get some more drinks the barman who served me the first time looked at me and walked to the other end of the bar rather than serve me! Another man served me ordered the same doubles but gave us singles for £30! 4. Was told that with gold tickets when i rang to enquire that I could queue jump! Wrong when I asked upon arrival was told quite abruptly "queue like everyone else"!! Why would a club do that or is it because full of women, the show is brilliant why are the bar staff so rude ! Apart from the fact I spent £60 on those drinks is disgusting, wouldn't of battered an eyelid if served proper measures and politely! Feel let down that 3 times we were tried to be ripped off and it's a shame as would recommend a good girls night out for any group of girls! I hadn't been drinking and was sober when at the bar which is probably why I noticed what the barman were doing albeit lots round me weren't!! I feel quite strongly about this and would like a refund on my tickets, at least for the 3 people affected with the drinks issue! The other girls got bottles of wine and shared! We sat in B4 area if that helps. Many thanks Karen Cox”

“I ATE AT THE HOLY BUSH WITH MY HUSBAND, SISTER AND NEPHEW _ THE MEAL WAS A DISASTER ESPECIALLY THE BILL OF 180 POUNDS - so called crab on toast was a pate - meat pie was like concrete with dry meat and carrots soggy red cabbage, the steaks were tasteless and chips soggy - wine was put on the table unopened the service was so unprofessional the so called waitresses did their best but for the price it was a rip off. Where have the standards gone of the good British food we always enjoyed in our pubs - a very sad and expensive evening in the HOLLY BUSH!!!!!”

“Very nice place to visit very friendly and there's allways a lot off fresh new people going there evey week . We have been going there for over ten years now . I all ways tell a lot of people about the Quebec but a lot of people say about the down stairs smelling of urine which is true . But now I hear it's going to be all refurbishe'd cannot wait . The up stairs was done nicely a few years ago . So it will be a feel good factor now that the down stairs is done so enjoy it every one yours Gary carlton ”

“Your prices have increased hugely and some dishes are not worth it. You used to have a menu showing 10% discount for takeaway collections over £15. I have always paid over £38 and it is disappointing now that you don't offer a discount despite the high prices. I refer of course to 320 Upper Richmond Road.”

“I did not like this place one bit. Did not feel comfortable being a black male around the bouncers at all, was given extremely horrible looks upon entry and then questioned on more than one occasion to find out if I was a member. Even after entering I was then followed in by one of the doorman who then said I was 'too drunk' to enter, although I had not had one drink on the night and was forced to exit before even entering. I feel that this place is extremely racist and am no longer comfortable with going out in Mayfair. What an absolutely horrific experience!!”

“Well i live in London and to call this a nightclub is ridiculous. Lifts never work so you are up and down 7 flights of stairs all the time. The fire engines were called out 3 times the night i was there because people were stuck in the lifts in summer. They ended up falling out of the lift with some passed out and ambulances had to be called to take them to hospital. Drinks are overpriced. Street clothed trainer wearing gangsters running round like they own the place carrying champagne bottles and cheaply dressed girls begging for their attention. No self respecting clubber would even go there as it resembles a zoo. 15% charge just to use your credit card. Toilets stink and look like they are 30 years old. Doormen with attitude and promoters pushing in people as they get paid by the club in front of you when you are at the front of the queue. Go to some of the more classy clubs less than 5 minutes walk away and let your hair down properly if you have any ;)”
