“I heard good things about this place through a friend...so had high hopes. It exceeded them all. The food was honestly amazing, the head Chef Claude comes from a Michelin Star background I believe, and this is truly reflected in the food. The best restaurant experience I've had. The best part is that they change the menu every week, and because it's so affordable, it's every incentive to keep going back. Bar is also very cool downstairs - they let you dance on the tables and have an awesome pianist doing live music - the famous guy who does the West End shows. Good service, friendly fun staff, high end atmosphere coupled with a relaxed welcoming feel. Definitely go.”

“We ate here last Saturday and I can't fault the place. Food, Service & Atmosphere was excellent. I had a Steak Blue Burger which was amazing, very juicy and fresh and the brioche bun option recommended by the manager was a perfect match with our sweet potato fries. Service was cheery and fast, they were very busy but seemed to still be having fun which created a good atmosphere. Funky Motown being played in the toilets also!!! LOVE this place I will be coming back and telling all my friends in the area.”

“My first time at The Islington yesterday. Brooklyn Brewery on draught is a nice touch along with the other Craft brews such as Harviestoun and Goose Island. Bartenders are friendly and informal, Leather couches make me want to curl up with a good book and drink the afternoon away! The best part? This place is only improving as the owners are prepping for a large outdoor seated area come the summer months. If things go according to plan, this place will be competing with the established favourites quicker than you can ask for a Erdinger Weissbrau. A new and welcome addition.”

“A hidden gem of sorts; bang in the centre of Angel whilst still managing to slip away from the hustle and bustle of the high street, The Islington manages to strike a perfect balance between homely comfort and chic. Music is the order of the day; a beautiful stage occupies a corner of the room without invading the place - you can get up close to the performers at the candlelit tables, or stand by the bar, or sit further back whilst enjoying the selection of food on offer. A fine range of wines, drafts and ciders are available at competitive prices. The music usually consists of a solo acoustic performer or stripped back band line ups, which means you can hear yourself think and still enjoy some quality entertainment. I've seen the place packed and you can hear a pin drop. The staff are friendly, attentive and willing to go the extra mile, so it ticks all of the boxes on service. All in all a fantastic place if you're looking for something central and a little different and special without having to spend the earth. Highly recommended.”

“i found the painting session in this place fantastic. I am a person of painting and when I found their 'Sip and Paint' deal in the internet, I made a reservation. Upon arriving, I was really amazed by the place and the view. The staff are accommodating and services are great. I had so much fun in doing my 2 hours of painting course and the thing that I like the most is the serving of wine (2 wines). You need to try their services as well.”

“Altitude 360 is a great is the perfect place for parties. I was asked to organize a party for the company and I had chosen this venue. Aside from the very nice view, quality services are also provided. We are approximately 300 persons and they manage to make us all comfortable. All the staff are very accommodating. Food served perfectly delicious as well. We will surely go back in this place.”

“I visited one evening with my husband, it was about 11:30pm. We were guided to a table by a waitress. During the whole dinning, this waitress was never friendly and it was impossible to find even a smile. Sometimes she was angry and quite rude when we asked something about the menu. I will never go again no matter how cheap or how good taste it is. Nevertheless I don't think their food is better than the other restaurant”

“Tonight I visited Lamberts in Balham with a group of friends and we were all very impressed by the food and service.
Personally, I had the Hake, Mussells, Haricots, Black Cabbage and Artichoke Crisps. This was one of the most delicious meals I have ever tasted!
My friends had the Steak and Mushroom pie with Mash potato and Tenderstem broccoli, which they also loved. We thought the Mid week set menu was extremely good value for money at £17 for 2 courses and £20 for 3 courses.
Overall, we loved this restaurant and will be sharing with our friends, and I felt compelled to write a review as we had such a great time. Cannot recommend highly enough.”
