“What on earth is this crazy policy of "reservation" against walkin? I "walked in, plainly told all I was meeting someone then when they arrived they were stopped downstairs by the Door Nazi who would not let her in...because she was not joining someone "who had a reservation". I had to leave my table, go downstairs and negotiate getting her in?? WTF? Furthermore, it took a while as the Nazi seemd to want to really make sure what a big favour it was. It was only 7.15pm though you would think it weas 2am and we looked like trouble. Never again.”

“I'm a massive Arsenal fan and go to this pub to watch the football and it's great! They've got 2 floors, 5 TVs and 2 projectors, you can stand anywhere and still see the match! The service is really speedy and they always seem pretty happy to be there! ”

“Half a decade ago this club was all the rage. The reputation of this place has clearly maintained itself as it is still listed as one of the top ten clubs in London. However, any positive reviews i had read were a grossly inaccurate description of the club as it stands in August 2015. The DJ was nothing special, playing predominantly hip hop/rap ....and that attracted a particular crowd: young, unclassy and unattractive. It was overcrowded with no space to dance whatsoever (first time i have experienced this on a night out) and no dancing means no fun. ”

She charged us for drinks we didn't order and when we wanted to clear the situation she has threaten us to add an extra service charge instead if we don't pay for the drinks she had put on our bill.

“New management seem to have this place on the right track - very friendly staff and I had a camel burger at their Friday BBQ! My mate had zebra - borough market sourced so pretty impressive. Beer not the cheapest but a really good selection and around here, the prices are about even. Great decor - this place used to be grim - loved the fairy lights and painted garden fence. Great place to relax with some friends. We'll be back!”
