Worst wait time ever for a chicken , expect to wait up to 20 minutes for a chicken and they dont answer the phone so you cant even phone through the order.

“Loved it. Great place to chill out, the food was great and there was a general buzz about the place. Nice place to go after work for a few cold beers with friends or have a bite at lunch. Nicely done.”

The Golden Oven, Soho (Restaurant)
“Welcome was warm on arrival and myself and my friend were able to choose a table for 2 by the window, despite the fact that this is a small but cosy restaurant. The restaurant appears to be family-run and the food we were served was excellent and well balanced spices. We had the house special, a Medium flavoured Chicken Tikka Dish which was washed down with a bottle of refreshing rose! Recommended.”

RS Lounge, Woodford & Chingford (Bar / Restaurant / Club)
“Went there Friday gone.
Place looked amazing, bar staff friendly.
Security was ill mannered …£20 pounds to get in for men, rip off. Not a west end club!!!
Was promised that seven celebrities will be attending the venue , waited tell closing time , no one had arrived. The promoters lied to us!
Dance floor empty , less them 150 people in the massive club, nobody dancing.
DJ running late – around 1, rubbish, ,no rnb , no house ,pop, just hard core rapping.
We were forced to leave the massive garden as the rude security man was saying that only 20 people were allowed at a time………..waited 30 mins to go in the garden for a fresh air, everyone was timed!
People were getting cranky for fresh air and a smoke.
They only forced people back in the club because the dance floor was looking empty. To keep up their appearance.
Didn’t have a good night at all, had a terrible experience , will not be coming back even if they were giving free drinks all night.”

Proud Cabaret City, City of London (Restaurant / Club)
“After a 2 minute walk from Tower Hill tube, my girlfriends and I arrived at Proud Cabaret. We are all regular cabaret goers and found that this was our favourite venue yet! We annoyingly had to leave before the vintage band and DJ started to get to another club that my friend and booked us a table at. Next time i would like to stay for the whole night, it was really kicking off as we left and it seemed a natural transition from the show to dancing which is my idea of the perfect night!”

Proud Cabaret City, City of London (Restaurant / Club)
“I had such a lovely time at Proud. I went there for drinks with my friends after work so didn't have a table book. After we got their though, we changed our minds and the staff were very accommodating and sat us at a table. The best decision ever made, the food was so good and entertainment was amazing, it was unique and certainly something you cant find anywhere else in London. I ll be back soon, and of course with a booked table”

The Fox, Shoreditch (Bar)
“My partner has mentioned trying this Shoreditch boozer after work for a while now, so we thought it was about time to take a closer look at what we had seen through the window after cycling past.
Tuesday, 6:30pm and the bar was bustling with drinkers and diners alike, a solid choice of well looked after draft beers (Star, Becks, Hoegarrden to name a few) and some cracking real ale (Thanks to the barman for letting me try them all!) kept us occupied until the food arrived.
No bought in/reheated food here; my lamb steak was juicy, well cooked and served with the care and attention the cut of meat deserved. My partner ordered pork belly from the bar menu; which was crispy and accompanied with a tasty bean stew.
No room for deserts but the atmosphere and friendly staff kept us in for a glass of well sourced malbec before we pedalled off into the damp roads of Shoreditch.
Looking for the toilets (there in the basement btw) I had a sneaky look at the upstairs dining room and will most certainly be coming back!

Bull's Head, Chiswick & Brentford (Bar)
“Lovely riverside location. The pub has a few benches on the path that runs along the Thames and there's lovely views down to Chiswick Bridge and in the other direction towards Kew. Unfortunately when the tide is high the seating gets flooded! Impressed by the food - less than a tenner for very good pub grub. Children welcome. Recommend it to all.”

The Bridge Lounge & Dining Room, London Bridge & Bermondsey (Bar / Restaurant)
“Terrible pub. You would hope that because it is right opposite Potters Field and near to Tower Bridge that there might be a bit of an atmosphere but this pub doesn't even have music. It's like walking into a funeral wake. Everyone looks so bleeding miserable. Including the bar staff. Don't bother.”

“A young, rocking crowd (probably due to the pub's proximity to the hospital - students?) with some great live music upstairs later in the evening. I like the quirky decor too.”
