Cargo, Shoreditch (Bar / Restaurant / Club)
“Very disappointed with the managers decision. We've been coming to Cargo after work for a few weeks now - always returning as we have been allowed in with our Westie (office dog, so part of the work team really). We did ask if we could come in the first time and it's never been a problem. Suddenly tonight the manager (who couldn't be asked to get off his ... and speak to us himself) sent a bouncer over who could only give the answer "because the manager said guide dogs only". Upon approaching the manager about this "new" decision - told it's because of a licenSe - Totally false - It's ALWAYS at the managers discretion. Our dog is very well behaved and while at Cargo have been approached many times for photo's / to pet etc. (ps - we have NEVER taken her inside the bar - we've always kept her outside in the garden).”

Massala, Epsom & Cobham (Restaurant)
“Quite frankly the best Indian restaurant hands down ever visited. Beats the likes of major michelin starred heavy weights in London with refined spicing and generous portion control.
If you live anywhere near this place, i strongly recommend a visit! (Or takeaway!).”

Massala, Epsom & Cobham (Restaurant)
“We had a the most wonderful evening at Massala, despite a large party of fifteen dominating the restaurant the staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure my wife and I received the very best service and were totally un-daunted, our courses arriving with impeccable timing- the standard of service clearly didn't waver at all. The Monk Fish Malabar as a main was worth a revisit in its own right with an impeccable flavour and melt in the moth consistency, truly unlike any seafood dish I’ve experienced in an Indian restaurant.
The selection of naan breads were hot, fresh and deliciously soft and our waiter informed us that they are all cooked fresh to order in the kitchen- and the quality here was evident!
Great too was the pan fried Okra ordered as a side with a remarkably smoky flavour, and the Kulfi which came as a delicious surprise at the end of the meal as compliments of the chef thanking us for with-standing any noise and distraction from the party- totally unnecessary as there was no need! But such a gesture completely exemplifies the character of the restaurant. I shall most definitely be returning and recommending Massala to friends and family.”

Wenlock & Essex, Angel & Islington (Restaurant)
“Who said Gastro Pubs were dead, this little well i say little, the old Living Room site is huge has changed my mind completly on the whole Gastro Pub race.
A complete new referb consisting of old school pub meets Circus charm is just what Angel/Islington has been crying out for.
Long gone are the days of dirty old pubs smelling of your grandmas house, this venue is slick, stylish and oozes class without making you feel out of place in a pair of jeans, drinking ale and chowing down on some pork scratchings. The food menu itself is good enough to stand alone and my Venison pie and mash did just the job after numerous pints. I couldn't manage a cocktail but this weekend I'm going to try out their impressive, well thought out list.
Get down and check it out, see you at the bar.”

“What a fantastic change from the Living Rooms!
A fresh bustling circus themed pub which was really buzzing when we came in last Thursday.
I came with my girlfriend who is really pedantic about her steak, and decided to risk it and ordered the Rump steak whilst I had the fish cakes.
My fish cakes were beautifully cooked, crusty on the outside and really moist and flavorsome inside. The lady couldn't fault the steak which is a first-we are coming back!
Casual yet attentive service makes this the perfect wind-down after work place, and the beer selection is pretty impressive.
I'm only sorry I had work in the morning otherwise I would have stayed to sample a few more of the beers....”

Proud Cabaret City, City of London (Restaurant / Club)
“This place is such a breath of fresh air compared to all of these city sweat holes. The staff were amazing, and really accommodating. As soon as you walk in you see beautiful girls everywhere, cloakroom, receptionist, waitresses and of course the bartenders. The food was absolutely amazing and sooo good for value. the pudding was incredible. Sitting in this lush setting with such lovely people everywhere, velvet curtains, , and the best cabaret in London really is one of the most memorable nights I have ever had in London. Honestly- get there now!”

The Dogstar, Brixton (Bar)
“I've been looking for a bar to hang and chill out in that had a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere.I found out about the DogStar about 5 years ago and i havent been disappointed. I love the mixture of people it attracts, the music is very eclectic, it gives me that hedonistic feeling and the staff are so on point, vibrant and full of energy.. Definately recommend it but it also depends on the individual, if they like that kind of thing. I always have a great time...”

Graffiti Cocktail Bar And Lounge, Wandsworth (Bar)
“Graffiti in its first year has created a community of people (Now Friends) from the drab of everywhere else. Now my second home I have no need for a mobile and no fear of going to the bar by myself. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile and sometimes a cheer. There is always someone to talk to and always someone to meet.
I love this place”

“I absolutley love this place. It is definately one of my favs here in London. The cocktails are divine and creative. The places buzzes with so many interesting people. When I was there last night Cesc Fabricgas (arsenal captain) was at the booth next to us and came over to our table to steal the waitress. We didn't mind at all.
