Camino 3 Varnishers Yard, The Regents Quarter, Kings Cross, London, N1 9FD (Map)

This is by far one of the most wonderful places I have been to in London. Their live bands are just amazing, and you can't be shy cos there is a huge Spanish dance culture here. The service is absolutely... More Atmosphere: Value: Quality:

“I like the refurbishment they've done on this King's Cross bar and club. The roof terrace is possibly the best roof terrace in London. Nice variety of seating arrangements too. Lacking a bit on the ale side of things but if you sit in one of the window seats at about 5pm the sea of pretty ladies walking past will distract you from this in no time.”

“This bar has such a unique idea. There's not anything else like it in London, as far as I know. Barrel-aged punches, or old cocktails, that get even more pungent with time. Nice cosy little space too, tucked in the Regent's Quarter, creating a trio of delights with Camino and Bar Pepito next door. One for the cocktail aficionado, this bar.”

“Had a really decent roast here tonight (lamb much better than the beef) and what was really amazing was that it was buy one get one free. And the service was outstanding. Everyone there is so bloody cheery. Always nice to see a few smiles and get a few jokes from the people who work in a pub. Angel's hidden gem maybe?”

“What can i say what a restaurant. I have never found such a great atmosphere around London in all my life. The food was to die for, it was made to such a high standard the beef melted in my mouth and the staff were so laid back and very friendly and easy to talk too. This is defiantly the restaurant to visit.”

“I've given this pub 1 star because the femaie barmaid who served me last night was incredibly rude! I bought some drinks and some bar snack food and as I was with a smoker (who wanted to sit outside), I told the barmaid that I was seated outside. Going to the bar again 20 odd minutes later I politely told another barman that I still hadn't received the food. The barmaid told me that they had been looking for me and that I had 'lied' to her about where I was sitting (as you do!!) She was then very aggressive and when she finally delivered the food; again argued with me and sarcasically told me to enjoy my food. This was cold - my punishment I suppose. The rest of the bar staff seemed fine by the way.”

“Very nice and inexpensive food - which is unusual these days, but a blessing in tough times! We all ate the special menu for just over £12 with service (it's extra)- three courses. It all seemed very fresh and we enjoyed the drinks - the beer selection is decent with Urquell and a Spanish ale called Galicia Estrella, which I'd never had before. There was a Cuban beer too and, of course, Mojitos...”

“A great bar in Kings bar I stumbled upon while waiting around for my last train. The bar is newly opened and serves barrel aged cocktails and punches. The bar manager, Alex is extremely knowledgable on the drinks and serves some great cocktails - the Bergamot Grog and VOC spiced rum were great. The bar has a great ambience and a drinks list that Im looking forward to trying out soon again!”

“This place has a definite post-work feel, whilst keeping it's loud (too loud to chat properly without abusing your vocal cords) New York city vibe. The barman gave his full attention to making our skinny cocktails and yes they tasted good but in my opinion lacked certain calories to make them cocktaily. I especially liked the look of the (not skinny) chocolate martini.”

“each year my son and I meet here on a day as close to Father's Day as possible. This year, Saturday. I attend the nearby Imperial War Museum research library and then quickly make my way at 12 noon to The Three Stages. Very good staff, service, excellent food, not cheap, good Peroni off the pump, ice cold. Great ambience. We talk family and swop anecdotes. It has been our family meeting place since 2009. Long may it continue......mine's another Peroni.... good luck !!! geoff & nicholas hamilton Th. 16. vi. 2011 13.26 pm”

“I wish everywhere I've ever lived had a lovely pub like this. From a service point of view, it was like stepping back in time, the staff were so welcoming. And when it comes to homemade, there aren't many pubs that REALLY make it themselves but I reckon these guys do. It all tasted very fresh and the sunday roast was one of the best pub roasts I've had in ages. Lovely. Thanks guys.”

“We very recently hired the entire venue for our Civil Partnership after party and the whole process of planning through to execution went without a hitch. Sonny, the owner and his team were fantastic and always on hand to help with anything we wanted to do. Every one of our guests comments on what a great venue Neo was and I can certainly recomened the venue to anyone. The food and cocktails were all amazing and the staff increadibly friendly and helpful A great place for a party!!!!”

“Quick pizzas, great variety too. Not cheap but then this is a West End restaurant. It does get quiet loud and busy too so don't take a date here. Good for those on the run. Not the best pizza in London though (see Franco Manca in Brixton for that).”

“A great first date bar. Small, cosy, good selection of drinks, quirky, right in the West End, and there's always something happening so it will keep the conversation flowing. That said, my first date hasn't called me back yet. Maybe I'll take my next date here then.”

I went last week with my colleague and we both had the full English which was superb and the coffee there is top quality. Fantastic experience, I will be going back for breakfast again!”

“Plush and and at the top fo the Millbank Tower, I had the pleasure of gracing the London Sky Bar and getting the VIP Experience, which gave me not only a glass of Moët & Chandon, but a sublime pictoral view of the London skyline. Prebooking tickets is a must as the London Sky bar is very popular. I had so much fun I apply for a membership so I can always enjoy the jaw dropping skyline and a glass of champagne to taste the London lifestyle.”
