“Not a bad venue: I like the late liscence and the decor is ok. Point 101 gets packed after 11 but, all things considered, is not bad for a non-club late drink near Soho.”

The Barracuda, Ealing (Bar / Club)
“Jokes place, from the over the top bouncers to the surley owner lady in the PJ''s. Booze is well over priced! They don''t take cards. On a week night they charge £3 to get in after 11:30 and on weekends it can be as much as £7. The larger can be rank on occasion and the wine is about £12ish for a bottle, which is their cheapest. They say its no trainners but being with girls can get you around this. The music is RnB and Hip Hop. The customers range from cool people out for a late drink to boozed up wanna be casanova''s who think they are the coolest dudes in the world. I once saw a Michael Jackson impersonator in there who was taking it all so seriously! That says a lot about the place really. I only go there because i''m too lazy to go up town sometimes and too much of an alcoholic to go home after closing!”

“Looks like an old mans pub, but is quite good, has a pool table and a really cheesy DJ on weekends. Not bad to swing through. I''ve never spent a whole night there.”

The Hart, Hammersmith (Bar)
“Not a bad bar, Late licence till 12 on weekends is cool. Food is nice, Crowd is pretty cool but occasionally have drunk buiness types in there which is a bit c**p. Good shot selection. Go for pick your poison which is 3 spirits of your choice in a 50ml shot glass, cool but potentially lethal!”

The North Star, Ealing (Bar)
“One of the best pubs in ealing, cool music, good choice of spirits and a good if slightly expensive food menu. Pikeys don''t like it bcos they don''t play chart music or serve stella They also sell people''s art which means that it always has something nice if slightly avant garde to look at inside.”
