“I live close to that restaurant and ordered regularly from there. But will never do it again. I love Wagamama food, but this branch makes a horrible name for it. They didn't send my order twice. Two other times got wrong order. These were my last 4orders. Yesterday I decided to give another chance for them. My mistake...never again. Ordered at 7.30pm, got my order at 8.40pm ... but only half of it! Even on the bag the missing stuff was not cutlery, no napkins. Phoned them up, he said they'll close at 9pm, so can't do much. I told him that is all the time happening with me!! And I have to deal with Deliveroo always. I told him, I won't do it now, because I'm fed up! Send my money back, take your food back, I don't care. He offered he will deal with Deliveroo. 8.55pm he called me back, he said they will send me my order again. Arrived after 9.30pm - who is eating by that time anyway ?! - but I don't wish that food even to my enemies what they sent! Of course instead of beef ramen I got chicken without any liquid in the bowl. Beef teriyaki soba...the noodles hasn't been fried. And I ordered kids meal which also looked disgusting. Would never give it to anyone specially to a child!! I throw everything on the bin, because this is where it belongs. And I also throw in the window 40£ again. Please do not use that restaurant!!”
