English House, Kensington (Restaurant)
“I went to this restaurant in 1981! It had such a great impression on me as at the time I was working as a cook in The Netherlands to a diplomatic family. I particularly loved the brown bread Ice-cream and asked the Chef Malcolm Livingston for the recipe, he graciously obliged and I have been giving a credit to him whenever I used it. Hard to believe that this was 33 years ago, when the internet was not in use. I now have the opportunity of saying 'thank you and congratulations' on remaining as successful now as you were then. I hope one day to return and see if the brown bread ice cream is still on the menu! Best wishes to you.”
