Located at one of the finest addresses in London inside the Sofitel London St James hotel, The Balcon restaurant is an opulent brasserie designed for a sense of occasion. It is separated into distinct areas: the brasserie, the custom-made charcuterie bar, the Champagne Balcony, the tasting table and private dining room.

The décor is French elegance designed by David Collins. The centrepiece being two spiral staircases that leads up to the champagne cellar on the wooden balcony that gives the restaurant its name.

The food blends together French and British cooking styles and is overlooked by Head Chef Vincent Menager. He has worked many years for the Sofitel Group and has trained under Alain Ducasse, Alain Dutournier and Frédéric Anton.
