The Terrace Description

A cosmopolitan atmosphere, large umbrellas and outdoor heaters keep the 48-cover terrace running come rain or shine and the mouth-watering menu has been designed to deliver quickly for the time poor. Well-balanced, light dishes include a healthy mango chicken salad with sweet chilli dressing, tuna niçoise, spatchcock baby chicken marinated in piri piri and a 21-day aged rib eye steak are served fresh from the barbeque with delicious sides such as a jacket potato with sour cream, a spicy rice salad and corn on the cob. Open from Mid-April to September, Terrace is also available for private parties.

“This is a nice little hidden gem of an alfresco terrace. It's hidden behind all the posh shops of Motcomb Street, in amongst the Michelin Star restaurants (Zafferano and Petrus). It's therefore a nice, affordable alternative to the expensive restaurants in the area. The Terrace has its own BBQ as well so freshly cooked meat smells waft across the Terrace from noon until late. It needs a little work to make it look amazing but in terms value for money, it's well worth a trip. Especially for the Afternoon Tea.”
