This Knightsbridge Italian restaurant evokes the grandeur of the era of Dolce Vita and is part of the larger Bulgari Hotel & Residences next to Hyde Park in London’s most prestigious postcode. Head Chef Robbie Pepin, the erstwhile chef at Aubergine and two Alain Ducasse restaurants in Italy, has created a menu that boasts modern style yet with a dominant classic Italian tradition. Seasonal, sustainable and locally sourced fresh ingredients are gathered in the kitchen, which are complimented by a lengthy wine list that consists of many rare Italian varietals as well more well known labels from France.
The restaurant’s decadent appeal stems from the use of mahogany, leather, and, naturally, cutlery by Bulgari. Italian style, meet the rich and famous of London!

“The service and menus are exquisite. Il Bar has a massive stainless steel bar, and is connected to the lower level Il Restaurant. The menu is contemporary and the food was excellent.”
