The Roadhouse (Bar / Restaurant / Club)
The Piazza, West End, London, WC2E 8BE
“We went to the Roadhouse to celebrate my husband's birthday with about 50 guests. The staff inside were very nice and helpful. You have to pay £50 deposit if you want to have dinner on a table. The food came quickly, the portions were quite generous...but, the drinks were a bit overpriced, despite having advertised "happy hour", they were only £1 less than normal price.
Upon leaving the club, quite early even that, the bouncers started insulting us. When I asked one of them their name, he replied "Thomas the Tank engine" which got me even more shocked at their behaviour. So it really spoilt a nite for us which we wanted to remember in a fond way... I will NEVER go back there to the behaviour of the bouncers, nor EVER recommend anyone to go there either.”
