Champagne Laurent-Perrier is the official Champagne of this year's Taste of London food and wine festival which starts tomorrow in Regent's Park and continues until Sunday.

A new version of the Champagne Laurent-Perrier masterclass, The Laurent-Perrier Tous Les Sens Masterclass, will be hosted by Ercole Moroni, one of the world's leading international florists and guests will be guided through a Champagne tasting that will look at complexity, aroma, taste, and the techniques utilised in creating the Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé, Ultra Brut and Grand Siècle Champagnes.

These Champagnes will each come with canapé pairings which include ethically sourced Latvian Caviar.

The Laurent-Perrier Tous Les Sens Masterclass is £80 (£90 on the door) which includes entry to Taste of London, the masterclass, unlimited access to the VIP Lounge, a complimentary glass of Laurent-Perrier Brut, £20 worth of Crowns, Taste Recipe Book (worth £10) and Tatler Restaurant Guide 2012.
