CURIOUSER AND CURIOUSER…
-Wonderland month at The Brickhouse supper-club in March-

To celebrate the launch of the new Alice In Wonderland movie and the 145th anniversary of the book, The Brickhouse cocktail bar and supper-club in East London is hosting Wonderland Month throughout March.

The venue will be transformed into a fantastical land of surreal and colourful performances and surprises. The ground floor cocktail bar will be serving a specially designed absinthe based cocktail, called Down The Rabbit Hole, which will contain Apple Schnapps, Vodka, Absinthe, Fresh Apple Juice and a Dash of Lemon Juice, all topped with Lemonade.

The outdoor terrace will become The Caterpillar’s Smoking Den, with flavoured hubbly-bubbly pipes provided by the Hookah Lounge, and staff will be dressed as mad hatters and white rabbits.

As guests dine on the ‘Eat Me’ Wonderland dishes designed by Head Chef Matthew Reuther (five courses for £35) they can watch the Mad Hatter’s Banquet with a host of burlesque beauties, comedic songsters, circus stars and cabaret legends creating a visual feast.

The Mad Hatter’s Banquet will feature a collective of eccentric and wonderful performers, including Des O’Connor as the maddest, baddest hatter that ever there was; Fancy Chance as Alice on acid in deepest, darkest wonderland; Kiki Kabom as the curvaceous scarlet queen who is guaranteed to steal your heart; AJ James as the somersaulting, back-flipping, mad March hare; Fred Bear bringing his unique ursine splendour to the roles of Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee; Anna Abrams as the chronologically challenged, unicycling rabbit, Andres Felipe as a death-defying aerial dormouse, Lydia Darling as the Cheshire Cat with a fiery twist in her tail and lots of special guest stars along the way...

From 16-20th March, the entertainment will be provided by Boopsie Wonderland, who invite guests to The Brickhouse to journey with them through the looking glass into Alice’s psychedelic fairy-tale fantasy world for a super-sexy futuristic sensual adventure in Wonderland.

Meet the foxy Queen Sisters of the Heart, marvel at the smoking-hot Cheshire Pussy Cats, get sultry with Serpents, fanned with Fire and Feathers and listen to saucy Alice tickle the ivory scales at the most tantalizing tea-party in town.

On the top floor throughout Wonderland Month, guests can recline on white beds while watching the original 1951 Disney version of the Alice in Wonderland film and eating the Queen of Hearts’ jam tarts…just make sure she doesn’t catch you!
